安全阀搬运车底盘结构的特性分析与优化设计

摘要 底盘是安全阀搬运车中的主要受力部件。为保证底座结构设计的合理性,对安全阀搬运车底盘结构进行了特性分析与优化设计。使用SolidWorks软件对安全阀搬运车及底盘结构进行建模,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对底盘结构进行模态与静力学分析。通过敏感度分析筛选得到关键设计变量后,利用拉丁超立方试验设计方法进行试验设计,求出响应面后应用多目标遗传算法寻求最优解。通过特性分析与优化设计,减小了安全阀搬运车底盘结构的应力与变形,并减轻了质量。 The chassis is the main stress component in the safety valve transport trolley.For the rationality of the design of the chassis structure, the characteristic analysis and optimization design of the chassis structure of the safety valve transport trolley were carried out.SolidWorks software was used to model the safety valve transport trolley and chassis structure, and ANSYS Workbench software was used to carry out modality and statics analysis of the chassis structure.After screening the key design variables through sensitivity analysis, the experimental design was carried out by using the Latin hypercube experimental design method.After the response surface was obtained, the multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to find the optimal solution.Through characteristic analysis and optimized design, the stress and deformation of the chassis structure of the safety valve transport trolley were reduced and the mass was cut.
