摘要
采用复合加工、磨损均化、有序多刃加工、多自由度切削加工思想设计的高效行星铣刀,可以提高加工效率,减小切削力,并且使用寿命长。介绍了高效行星铣刀的结构与硬件实现,并对应用高效行星铣刀进行机械加工的优势进行了分析。
The high-efficiency planetary milling cutter designed with compound machining, wear leveling, orderly multi-blade machining, and machining with multi-DOF cutting can improve working efficiency, reduce cutting force, and have a long service life.The structure and hardware implementation of the high-efficiency planetary milling cutter were introduced, and the advantages of the high-efficiency planetary milling cutter applied to machining were analyzed.
