摘要
本文通过对引发剂种类搭配以及降粘单体对树脂性能的影响,最终选择引发剂DTBP占3%,DTAP占2%复配,降粘单体选择甲基丙烯酸环己酯,制备了高固低粘的羟基丙烯酸树脂。用自制树脂和市售树脂制备成涂料进行性能对比,自制树脂的施工VOC优势明显,涂膜性能都符合面漆要求。
Through the combination of initiator type and viscosity reducing monomer on resin properties,the final selection of initiator DTBP accounted for 3%,DTAP accounted for 2%of the compound,viscosity reducing monomer selection cyclohexyl methacrylate,the preparation of high solid and low viscosity hydroxyl acrylic resin.The performance of self-made resin was compared with that of commercially available resin,and the VOC of self-made resin was obviously superior,and the film performance met the requirements of finishing paint.
