基于污水流行病学评估非法药物滥用情况的研究进展

摘要 非法药物的滥用影响着人类健康、社会安定与国家经济,如今有170多个国家和地区存在着非法药物滥用的问题,全球非法药物的制造、贩卖和滥用问题日趋严重,因此准确掌握非法药物滥用信息对于开展禁毒工作具有重大意义。污水流行病学是评估特定地区与人口非法药物滥用率的成熟且重要的工具,本文就污水流行病学的六个步骤:非法药物目标药物残留物(DTRs)的选择、采集污水样品、样品分离与净化、样品分析和反演推算进行综述,为污水流行病学评估非法药物滥用情况的理论研究提供参考。 The abuse of illegal drugs affects human health,social stability and national economy.Nowadays,the problem of illegal drug abuse exists in more than 170 countries and regions,and the problem of manufacture,trafficking and abuse of illegal drugs is becoming increasingly serious around the world.Therefore,it is of great significance to grasp the accurate information of illegal drug abuse for the anti-drug work.Sewage epidemiology is a mature and important tool for assessing rates of illicit drug abuse in specific areas and populations.In this paper,we describe six steps of sewage epidemiology:The selection of target drug residues(DTRs),sewage sample collection,sample separation and purification,sample analysis and inverse calculation were reviewed to provide reference for theoretical research on sewage epidemiology assessment of illicit drug abuse.
