Elaborate on Oil Workover Safety Operations and Safety Precautions

自改革开放以来,中国经济迅猛发展,面对社会经济发展对石油资源需求量的不断增加,国内除了大力进口外,还在积极开发国内石油资源。但受地理等因素限制,国内石油开发阶段在修井安全作业方面常因设备类型、作业效率、人员素质等影响,出现各种安全问题。所以,石油修井安全作业问题备受社会关注。本文主要研究石油修井作业阶段涉及的常见安全问题、常见安全事故;其次,基于此详细探究了石油修井作业安全预防举措。当前,国内石油修井作业阶段尚存在诸多突出问题,但是,我们可以结合实际,有针对性、目的性的设计石油修井安全预防举措,提高石油修井作业效率及安全性。通过提高安全意识及修井作业技术水平、做好安全管理工作等举措,有助于石油修井作业效率的提升,降低石油修井安全事故发生概率,使得石油修井安全作业水平不断提升,为应对石油修井安全作业问题提供了供鉴参考。

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly.Facing the increasing demand for oil resources due to social and economic development,in addition to vigorously importing,China is also actively developing domestic oil resources.However,due to the limitation of geography and other factors,in the domestic oil development stage,various safety problems often occur due to the influence of equipment type,operation efficiency,and personnel quality in the safety operation of well workover.Therefore,the safety operation problem of oil workover has attracted much attention from the society.This paper mainly studies the common safety problems and common safety accidents involved in the oil workover operation.At present,there are still many outstanding problems in the domestic oil workover operation stage.However,we can design oil workover safety preventive measures in a targeted and purposeful manner based on the actual situation,and improve the oil workover operation efficiency and safety.By improving safety awareness,technical level of workover operations,and safety management,it is helpful to improve the efficiency of oil workover operations,reduce the probability of oil workover safety accidents,and continuously improve the level of oil workover safety operations.It provides a reference for dealing with the safety operation of oil workover.
