Application of PLC Technology in On-line Monitoring System of Coal Mine Ventilator

在我国的矿井现代化和智能化建设中,为了提高信息智能的矿井运行水平,矿井主通风机的监控系统建设和优化,成为了重要的环节,以PLC技术为基础,进行煤矿通风及在线监控系统的构建,要结合现实情况,合理地进行程序设置,保证系统运行的稳定性。本文分析了煤矿通风机在线监控系统的重要性,结合PLC技术的应用特点和监控系统的总体设计思路,分析了PLC技术在煤矿通风机在线监控系统中的具体应用。

In the modernization and intelligent construction of coal mine in China,in order to improve the operation level of information intelligent coal mine,the construction and optimization of the monitoring system of the main mine ventilator has become an important link.Based on the PLC technology,the construction of the coal mine ventilation and online monitoring system should be reasonably programmed in combination with the actual situation to ensure the stability of the system operation.This paper analyzes the importance of the on-line monitoring system of coal mine ventilator,and analyzes the specific application of PLC technology in the on-line monitoring system of coal mine ventilator in combination with the application characteristics of PLC technology and the overall design idea of the monitoring system.
