焦炉炉顶石墨增多是我们焦炉现场生产过程中常遇到的一个问题。尤其是二次投产的焦炉以及吸压力不正常的焦炉,由于焦炉压力、炉温控制的不均匀及塌煤后未采取有效的控制措施等诸多原因,造成炭化室顶部石墨增加,导致产量减少,装煤冒烟增加,如不及时控制导致生产系统恶化,环保生产困难。如不提前预防和处理,将对生产造成很大的影响。

The increase of graphite on the top of coke oven is a common problem encountered in the on-site production of coke ovens.In particular,coke ovens that are put into production for the second time and coke ovens with abnormal suction pressure have many reasons such as uneven coke oven pressure and furnace temperature control,and failure to take effective control measures after coal collapse,resulting in the increase of graphite at the top of the carbonization chamber.This will lead to a reduction in output and an increase in coal loading smoke.If not controlled in time,the production system will deteriorate and environmental protection production will be difficult.If it is not prevented and treated in advance,it will have a great impact on production.
