万家庄煤业深部软岩巷道锚注一体全断面围岩加固技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 万家庄煤业主采2#煤层,埋藏深度400~620m,随着开采深度增加,受工作面采动影响,煤体受压导致强度和承载能力降低,巷道及顺槽、采区泵房、变电所、避难硐室等重要场所,巷道压力显现,帮鼓、底鼓显现较为明显。为保障工作面安全生产,有效控制巷道围岩变形,通过研究提出“高强注浆锚杆+高强抗弯剪锚索+W型钢带+钢筋网+喷浆+注浆”全断面锚注一体化技术方案进行巷道修复加固,矿压观测期间的巷道围岩变形量及变形速率显著减小,有效控制了软岩巷道围岩变形,保障了井下巷道的安全使用,为矿井安全生产创造了有利条件。 The main mining 2# coal seam of Wanjiazhuang coal industry has a buried depth of 400 ~ 620m.With the increase of mining depth and the influence of mining in the working face,the coal body is compressed,resulting in the reduction of strength and bearing capacity.The roadway pressure,side bulge and bottom bulge are more obvious in important places such as roadway,chute,mining area pump room,substation and refuge chamber.In order to ensure the safe production of the working face and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,a full section bolt grouting integrated technical scheme of “high-strength grouting bolt + high-strength bending shear anchor cable + W-shaped steel belt + reinforcement mesh + shotcrete + grouting” is proposed through research to repair and strengthen the roadway.The deformation amount and deformation rate of the surrounding rock of the roadway during the observation of ground pressure are significantly reduced,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway is effectively controlled and the safe use of the underground roadway is guaranteed.It has created favorable conditions for mine safety production.
