摘要
中国石油某石化公司加氢裂化装置在生产过程中,试用鄂尔多斯市鑫泰隆精细化工有限责任公司生产的XTL-新型硫化剂替代原二甲基二硫(DMDS)硫化剂对反应系统进行连续补硫。通过对比新鲜进料量、循环油量、产品质量、产品分布的变化,结果表明XTL硫化剂能够替代DMDS,满足加氢裂化装置对硫化剂的需求标准。
During the production process of hydrocracking unit of a petrochemical company of PetroChina,XTL-new vulcanizing agent produced by Xintailong Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.of Erdos City was tried to replace the original dimethyl disulfide(DMDS)vulcanizing agent to continuously replenish sulfur in the reaction system.By comparing the changes of fresh feed quantity,circulating oil quantity,product quality and product distribution,the results show that XTL vulcanizing agent can replace DMDS and meet the requirements of hydrocracking unit for vulcanizing agent.
