高校化工专业生产实习的教学模式探索

Exploration on the Teaching Mode of Production Practice for Chemical Majors in Colleges and Universities

化工生产实习是指导学生理论实践的根本,而众多工科院校化工专业生产实习的实践教学开展愈发艰难,如何高质量完成化工生产实习的教学任务成为了难题。为更加契合大环境趋势,通过分析传统化工生产实习存在的问题进行“线上+线下”教学模式的探索,切实利用仿真实习,紧密联系校企合作企业积极开展校内生产基地建设,提出了科学均衡的化工生产实习评分考核机制,积极引导学生理论研究与生产实践技能全面发展,力求将学生培养成为综合应用型人才。

Chemical production practice is the foundation for guiding students’ theoretical practice.However,due to the long-term impact of the realistic environment,many engineering colleges have faced difficulties in teaching production practice in chemical engineering.It is difficult to understand how to complete the teaching task of chemical production practice with high quality on campus.In order to meet the current environmental trend to analyzes the problems existing in traditional chemical production practice,the “online + offline” teaching mode is explored,and the simulation practice method is effectively used,and the school-enterprise cooperative enterprises are closely linked to actively carry out the construction of on-campus production bases.A scientific and balanced chemical production practice scoring and assessment mechanism is proposed,which actively guides students to develop their theoretical research and production practice skills in an all-round way,and advocates training students to become comprehensive application-oriented talents.
