手机屏幕自动清洁机的设计

摘要 针对手机自动化缺陷检测过程中屏幕缺少预清洁导致误检的问题,设计了一种基于微孔海绵含水擦拭的手机屏幕自动清洁机。介绍了这一手机屏幕自动清洁机的设计参数、组成与工作流程,对清洁装置的相关参数进行了计算。为了验证设计的合理性,应用Design-Expert软件进行三因素三水平响应曲面优化试验。试验结果表明,清洁效果影响因素影响程度从大到小依次为海绵吸水率、擦拭压力、擦拭速度,经过优化后的最佳参数为海绵吸水率185%、擦拭压力7.0 N、擦拭速度155 mm/s。采用最佳参数,完全清洁所需时间实际值为3.2 s,与预测值的误差为0.19 s。 Aiming at the problem of false detection caused by the lack of pre-cleaning of the screen in the process of automatic defect detection of the mobile phone, an automatic cleaning machine for the mobile phone screen based on water-wiping with microporous sponge was designed.The design parameters, composition and work flow of this automatic cleaning machine for the mobile phone screen were introduced, and the relevant parameters of the cleaning device were calculated.In order to verify the rationality of the design, the Design-Expert software was used to conduct a response surface optimization test with three factors and three levels.The test results show that the influencing factors of the cleaning effect from large to small are the water absorption rate of the sponge, the wiping pressure, and the wiping speed.The optimized parameters are 185% water absorption rate of the sponge, 7.0 N wiping pressure, and 155 mm/s wiping speed.When using the optimal parameters, the actual value of the time required for complete cleaning is 3.2 s, and the error from the predicted value is 0.19 s.
