基于自动加压过滤装置测定烟叶淀粉含量

摘要 为了高效准确测定烟叶中的淀粉含量,在连续流动法测定淀粉过程中对样品前处理进行改进。用自动加压过滤装置替代双链球对样品提取液进行过滤,可提高过滤速度、高效批量的处理样品。该方法与原标准方法的相对标准偏差为2.50%,回收率在95%-105%之间,精密度高,可用于烟叶中淀粉含量的高效准确检测。 In order to efficiently and accurately determine the starch content in tobacco leaves,the sample pretreatment was improved in the process of determining starch by continuous flow method.Using automatic pressure filtration device instead of double chain ball to filter the sample extract can improve the filtration speed and process samples in batches with high efficiency.The relative standard deviation between this method and the original standard method is 2.50%,the recovery is between 95%-105%,and the precision is high.It can be used for the efficient and accurate detection of starch content in tobacco leaves.
