柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕症的效果评价

Effect evaluation of Bupleurum plus Longbone oyster decoction and Alisma decoction on vertigo

目的:研究用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕症的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年8月在泗洪县中医院接受治疗的眩晕症患者80例作为研究对象。按照抽签法将其随机分为常规治疗组(40例)和中药治疗组(40例)。对常规治疗组患者进行西医常规治疗,在此基础上为中药治疗组患者加用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的症状积分及动脉血流速度。结果:中药治疗组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于常规治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药治疗组患者的症状积分显著低于常规治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药治疗组患者的基底动脉血流速度、左椎动脉血流速度、右椎动脉血流速度均显著快于常规治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕症的效果显著,能够有效减轻患者的临床症状,加快其基底动脉的血流速度。

Objective:To study the effect of Bupleurum plus Longbone oyster decoction and Alisma decoction on vertigo.Methods:A total of 80 patients with vertigo who received treatment in Sihong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(n=40)and Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(n=40)by drawing lots.The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine,and on this basis,the patients in the Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with Bupleurum plus Longbone Oyster decoction and Alisma diarrhea decoction,and then the clinical efficacy,symptom score and arterial blood flow velocity of the two gr oups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of patients in the TCM treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in TCM treatment group was significantly faster than that in conventional treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster decoction combined with Zexie decoction is effective in the treatment of vertigo,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and accelerate the blood flow velocity of basilar artery.
