摘要
食品的安全性关系到人们的身体健康。近年来,我国食品安全问题受到社会的高度重视。有关部门应持续提高监督管理水平,从而有效促进食品安全。本文概述了食品安全抽检工作,分析了食品抽检监测工作中存在的问题,提出了提升食品安全监督抽检工作水平的措施,以进一步提升我国食品抽检的检测水平。
Food safety is related to people’s health.In recent years,the problem of food safety in China has been attached great importance by the society.Relevant departments should continuously improve the level of supervision and management,so as to effectively promote food safety.This paper summarizes the food safety sampling inspection,analyzes the problems existing in the food sampling inspection and monitoring,and puts forward measures to improve the level of food safety supervision and sampling inspection,so as to further improve the level of food sampling inspection in China.
