我国乡镇农产品质量安全检测体系建设现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Quality and Safety Inspection System of Township Agricultural Products in China

农产品质量安全不仅与人们的身体健康息息相关,还会影响农业经济发展、社会稳定和民生问题。随着我国社会经济的高速发展以及疫情常态化的影响,农产品作为保民生保底线的生活必需品,其质量安全水平受到社会各界高度关注。乡镇是农产品检测的主要阵地,农产品检测是农产品质量安全监管的重要手段。做好乡镇农产品质量安全检测工作,能及时掌握食用农产品的动态质量安全水平,预判农产品生产的发展方向,让农产品监管的方向进一步明晰,同时也能作为宣传和警示手段进一步提高生产经营主体的质量安全意识。本文对乡镇农产品质量安全检测体系进行分析,并结合现有质检体系提出相关建议。

The quality and safety of agricultural products is not only closely related to people’s health,but also affects agricultural economic development,social stability and people’s livelihood.With the rapid development of Chinas’social economy and the impact of the normalization of the epidemic,the quality and safety level of agricultural products,as a necessity to ensure the bottom line of people’s livelihood,has attracted great attention from all walks of life.Township is the main position of agricultural product testing,and agricultural product testing is an important means of agricultural product quality and safety supervision.To do a good job in the quality and safety inspection of township agricultural products can timely grasp the dynamic quality and safety level of edible agricultural products,predict the development direction of agricultural products production and further clarify the direction of agricultural products supervision.It also serves as a means of publicity and warning to further improve the quality and safety awareness of production and operation subjects.This paper analyzes the quality and safety inspection system of township agricultural products,and puts forward relevant suggestions combined with the existing quality inspection system.
