从食物成分的角度比较中西餐

摘要 中西餐在膳食结构、加工工艺方面存在较大差异,能够体现出中西方的文化和思维不同,这种差异性受地理环境、气候特点、人文等影响。随着全球化经济的不断发展,中西餐之间互相取长补短,饮食文化不断发展融合。本文主要分析了中西餐的营养成分、中西餐原料选择和成分搭配的差异,进而从饮食的差异中感受中西方文化的不同。 There are great differences in dietary structure and processing technology between Chinese and western food,which can reflect the differences in culture and thinking between China and the West,which is affected by geographical environment,climate characteristics and culture.With the continuous development of global economy,Chinese and western food learn from each other,and the food culture continues to develop and integrate.This paper mainly analyzes the differences between Chinese and western food nutrients,Chinese and western food ingredients selection and ingredients collocation,and then feels the differences between Chinese and western cultures from the differences of food.
