摘要
移动互联网技术的发展对饮食文化的变迁产生了较大影响。本文试图分析移动互联网时代的饮食文化特征和饮食文化变迁的影响因素。其中,饮食文化特征包括饮食信息来源网络化、饮食消费方式在线化、饮食结构日渐合理化,影响因素包括社交媒体平台的发展、外部环境的支持、消费者权力的提升和健康饮食需求的增长。同时,本文提出了饮食文化的未来发展趋势——土食主义。
The development of mobile internet technology has exerted a great influence on the changes of food culture.This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of food culture and the influencing factors of food culture change in the era of mobile internet.The characteristics of diet culture include network of diet information sources,online diet consumption patterns and rationalization of diet structure.Factors include the growth of social media platforms,the support of the external environment,the empowerment of consumers and the growing need for healthy eating.At the same time,,this paper puts forward the future development trend of food culture—locavore.
