摘要
本文基于地方特色餐饮的发展,从民族地域、都市文化、产业关联3个方面分析了桂林油茶在当下餐饮市场环境中的特性,从市民生活、文旅消费、产业综合效益3个维度探讨了其地位,并从城市文化符号构建、农文旅融合、产学研一体化提出桂林油茶进一步发展提升的路径与方向。
Based on the development of local characteristic food,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the Guilin oil tea in the current catering market environment from three aspects:ethnic region,urban culture and industrial association,discussed the status from the citizen life,travel consumption,industry comprehensive benefit,and put forward the path and direction for the further development and improvement of Guilin oil tea from the city culture symbol construction,the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,and the learning-research-production integration.
