基于SWOT分析的昆明市创设减脂营养餐厅的可行性研究

摘要 随着人们对健康和减脂的关注度增高,减脂营养逐渐成为餐饮行业重要的关注要素,在减脂营养越来越受到重视的今天,针对有减脂营养餐需求的人群开设减脂营养餐厅有一定的现实可能性。本文以昆明减脂营养餐厅产业为研究对象,基于SWOT分析方法研究昆明减脂营养餐行业的发展的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,从而分析创设营养餐的可行性。 As people pay more and more attention to health and fat loss,fat-reducing nutrition has gradually become an important factor of concern in the catering industry.Today,as fat-reducing nutrition is getting more and more attention,for people who need fat-reducing nutritious meals,the establishment of fat-reducing nutrition restaurants have certain real possibilities.This paper takes Kunming’s fat-reducing and nutritious restaurant industry as the research object,and based on the SWOT analysis method,it studies the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of Kunming’s fat-reducing and nutritious meals industry,so as to analyze the feasibility of creating nutritious meals.
