“鲁班工坊”合作办学模式面临的现实挑战及应对策略

Realistic Challenges and Countermeasures of Cooperative School-running Mode of“Luban Workshop”

职业院校要着力提高国际化水平和国际竞争能力,培养更多国际化人才,服务“一带一路”建设。现实中,我国职业教育国际化存在不利于发展的多重失衡和现实挑战。天津市职业院校创新“鲁班工坊”合作办学模式,创立了中国职业教育国际知名品牌,为职业院校“走出去”提供了一种范本。文章首先概况职业教育国际化形成及存在矛盾,然后分析职业教育国际化发展中面临的现实挑战,最后以天津“鲁班工坊”创建模式为例说明应对职业教育国际化现实挑战的策略。

It is assumed that vocational colleges should focus on improving their level of internationalization and competitiveness,cultivating more international talents,and serving the Belt and Road Initiative.In reality,however,there are multiple unbalance and realistic challenges in the internationalization of vocational education in China.Against this background,the vocational colleges in Tianjin establish a Chinese-foreign cooperative mode called Luban Workshop,which has become a famous international brand of Chinese Vocational education.In this sense,it sets a model for the global development of Chinese vocational colleges.Accordingly,this paper,as a first approximation,summarizes the internationalization of Chinese vocational education and the existing problems.Then,it analyzes real challenges in the internationalization of Chinese vocational education.Finally,Luban Workshop is taken as an example to illustrate the strategies of breaking through the real challenges in the internationalization of China’s vocational education.
