Study on the construction of joint party branch in public hospitals

目前关于联合党支部党建情况的研究,其对象多为高校、企业等,而对公立医院联合党支部党建研究较少。公立医院联合党支部覆盖若干医疗业务单元,由于其自身的结构特点,在实践中存在一些困境。文章以北京市3家三级甲等公立医院为研究对象,通过访谈法全面了解联合党支部党建情况并进行深入研究,提炼联合党支部的优势与不足,并针对不足提出“234”工作法以优化联合党支部建设,以期为其他公立医院党建工作提供参考和借鉴。

At present,the research on the construction of the joint Party branch is mostly focused on colleges,enterprises,etc,while there is less research on public hospitals.Due to its own structural characteristics that the joint Party branch of public hospitals covers several individual medical business units,there are some stuff in practice.In order to provide reference for the party construction of other public hospitals,through interviews by an in-depth study on the comprehensive understanding of the construction of the joint Party branch,this paper refines the advantages and disadvantages of the joint Party branch and puts forward the“234”working method to optimize the construction of the joint Party branch by taking three tertiary A-level public hospitals in Beijing as the object of research.
