医保支付方式改革已进入全面实施阶段,基于中国原创的DIP支付对公立医院经济运营管理提出了新要求。为适应DIP支付改革,公立医院财务管理部门需加强业财融合,在物价管理、预算管理、成本管理、绩效管理、人才培养、业务一体化信息系统方面多措并举提高精细化管理水平,助推医院举提质增效。

The reform of medical insurance payment mode has entered the stage of full implementation.Based on China’s original DIP Payment,it puts forward new requirements for hospital financial management.In this regard,the public hospitals financial department needs to promote the deep integration of business and finance management,take various measures,such as price management,budget management,cost management,performance management,talent training and business integrated information system,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the economic operation.
