摘要
本文总结了杭州市近年来在孵化器(众创空间)等双创载体建设经验,分析了双创载体面临的新情况和存在的不足,结合杭州市双创发展现状,对杭州市孵化器(众创空间)政策体系提出意见和建议。
In order to further optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship policy system in Hangzhou and continuously enhance the vitality and power of innovation and entrepreneurship in Hangzhou,entrusted by the Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau,the Hangzhou Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association has written a performance report on the Hangzhou in‐cubator(Maker Space),summarizing the results.Based on Hangzhou's experience in building"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"carriers such as incubator(Maker Space)in recent years,it analyzes the new situation and existing deficiencies faced by"mass entre‐preneurship and innovation"carriers.The Hangzhou incubator(Maker Space)policy system put forward opinions and suggestions.
