摘要
目的:研究不同产地牛至化学成分含量差异,为牛至的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC测定香荆芥酚和麝香草酚相对含量,采用GC-MS技术鉴定不同产地的牛至挥发油的化学成分。结果:不同产地的牛至中香荆芥酚和麝香草酚的含量具有一定的差异,大理、丽江等地牛至中香荆芥酚与麝香草酚总量较高。选取不同产地的牛至GC-MS指纹图谱中21个共有峰,进行积分,其中相对质量分数较高的化合物为:焦儿茶酚20%左右,麝香草酚30%左右,香荆芥酚30%左右。结论:牛至中香荆芥酚和麝香草酚的含量因产地不同差异显著,其中四川的3个产地的牛至化学成分差异较小,资源相近;大理、丽江的4个产地的挥发油成分含量相对较高,质量较好。
Objective:The chemical constituents of oregano from different habitats were determined to provide experimental basis for the development and utilization of oregano.Methods:HPLC was used to determine the relative contents of caravanol and thymol,and GC-MS technology was used to identify the chemical components of oregano volatile oil from different producing areas.Results:The content of carveol and thymol in oregano from different producing areas had certain differences.The total amount of carveol and thymol in oregano in Dali,Lijiang and other places was higher.GC-MS fingerprints identified 21 common peaks,among which compounds with higher relative mass fractions were pyrocatechol(about 20%),thymol(about 30%),Carvingol(about 30%).Conclusion:The content of carveol and thymol in oregano from different producing areas had certain differences.Among them,the chemical components of oregano from three producing areas in Sichuan were less different and the resources were similar;The content of volatile oil from Dali and Lijiang were relatively high and the quality were good.
