摘要
根据碳排放系数法构建模型,结合工程量清单对装配式建筑施工阶段的碳排放进行测算,探讨预制率对施工阶段碳排放的影响,深入探究工程造价、总建筑面积与碳排放总量的关系。以漳州某住宅楼为例,探讨施工阶段碳排放的排放规律并提出减排路径。结果表明:施工阶段的碳排放主要来自一般土建工程;单位面积的碳排放在671kg CO_(2)/m^(2)左右波动,单位造价的碳排放在2749.33 kgCO_(2)/万元左右波动;混凝土工程和钢筋工程的碳排放随着预制率的升高而增加;碳排放总量与工程造价、建筑面积存在显著的线性关系。
Based on the carbon emission factor method,this study constructed a model using the bill of quantities to measure the carbon emissions of the construction stage of prefabricated buildings. Then, weexplored the impact of prefabrication rate on carbon emissions in the construction stage,and delved into the relationship between project cost,total construction area and total carbon emissions. This research took a residential building in Zhangzhou as an example to explore the emission pattern of carbon emissions in the construction stage and propose an emission reduction path. The results show that the carbon emissions during the construction stage were generated by general civil works;the carbon emissions per unit area were around 671 kgCO_(2)/m^(2) and per unit cost was around 2749.33 kg CO_(2)/10,000Yuan;the carbon emissions from concrete and steel works increased with the increase in prefabrication rate;a significant linear relationship existed between total carbon emissions and two key attributes of construction cost and construction area.
