摘要 装配式建筑是未来建筑业的发展趋势,目前装配式建筑成本仍远高于传统现浇建筑,阻碍着装配式建筑的发展。通过文献研究梳理出装配式建筑成本影响因素,将经济学中“弹性”概念引入成本管理,明确弹性因素定义与判别标准,并采用调查问卷的方式筛选得出16项成本弹性因素,引入模糊数学理论,建立Fuzzy-ISM模型对成本弹性因素进行层级化划分,运用MICMAC研究装配式建筑成本弹性因素的依赖性与驱动性,为有效缩减装配式建筑成本提出相应建议。 The development of prefabricated buildings is a future trend of the construction industry. However, the cost of prefabricated buildings is still much higher than that of traditional cast-in-situ buildings,which hinders the development of prefabricated buildings. Through literature review, this study sorts out the factors influencing the cost of prefabricated buildings.Then this research introduces the concept of "elasticity" in economics into cost management,defines and identifies the elasticity factors and uses a questionnaire to filter out 16 cost elasticity factors. The fuzzy mathematical theory is used to establish a fuzzy explanatory structure model for the hierarchical classification of cost elasticity factors.. MICMAC is applied to study the dependencies and drivers of the cost elasticity factors of prefabricated buildings to make recommendations for effective cost reduction of prefabricated buildings.
