基于绩效评价的鞋服业上市公司经营发展趋势分析

Development Trend of Listed Companies in Footwear and Apparel Industry Based on Performance Evaluation

为了探究在复杂背景下我国鞋服业上市公司未来生存发展的路径,本文结合宏观和微观的视角,采用文献分析法、因子分析法、环境分析法和现状分析法综合研究了我国鞋服业上市公司当前的经营状况。通过偿债能力、盈利能力、发展能力和经营能力4个方面综合评价我国鞋服业上市公司的经营绩效水平,并从业内调整和跨业融合两个方面探讨了鞋服上市公司的发展趋势,提出了当前鞋服上市公司应当思考的破题点和相应的对策建议,从企业微观层面为我国鞋服业的可持续发展做出了积极贡献。

In order to explore the future survival and development path of Listed Companies in China’s shoe and clothing industry under the complex background, combined with the macro and micro perspectives, this paper comprehensively studied the current operation status of Listed Companies in China’s shoe and clothing industry by using the methods of literature analysis, factor analysis, environmental analysis and current situation analysis. The operating performance level of Listed Companies in China’s footwear and clothing industry were comprehensively evaluated from the four aspects of solvency, profitability, development ability and operation ability, and the development trend of Listed Companies in footwear and clothing industry were discussed from the two aspects of intra industry adjustment and cross industry integration. This paper put forward the problem solving points and corresponding countermeasures that should be considered by the current shoe and clothing listed companies, thus making a positive contribution to the sustainable development of China’s shoe and clothing industry from the micro level of enterprises.
