摘要
目前,常规遇油遇水封隔器存在环空间隙小、工具下入困难,密封元件在介质中膨胀率不一致两方面问题,对此,从结构上重新设计遇油遇水封隔器,引入压缩式封隔器的组合胶筒思路,在遇油遇水封隔器中添加具有压缩功能的保护胶筒,建立自膨胀+压缩膨胀复合式胶筒系统,进而提高封隔器的整体密封性能。对所研制的新型复合式遇油遇水封隔器进行室内试验和现场试验,表明这一封隔器可以很好地实现油水层间分隔。这一封隔器在冀东油田成功应用超过20口井,施工成功率与封隔有效率均达到100%。
At present, the conventional oil/water packer has two problems—difficulty in running tool due to small annular clearance and inconsistent expansion rate of sealing element in the medium.In this regard, the oil/water packer was redesigned from the structure by introducing the idea of combined rubber cylinder of compression packer, adding a protective rubber cylinder with compression function to the oil/water packer and establishing a self-expansion+compression-expansion composite rubber cylinder system to improving the overall sealing property of the packer.The indoor test and field test of the developed new compound oil/water packer show that this packer can well realize the separation between oil layer and water layer.This packer has been successfully applied to more than 20 oil wells in Jidong Oilfield, and both the construction success rate and the isolation efficiency have reached 100%.
