摘要
对巡检车全液压制动系统进行了设计。在设计中,对巡检车进行了制动效能计算、制动效能恒定性分析、制动方向稳定性计算。在此基础上,对基础制动装置和液压制动控制单元进行了设计。巡检车全液压制动系统通过整车测试和线路装车考核,运行良好。
The full hydraulic braking system of the patrol vehicle was designed.In the design, the braking efficiency and the directional stability upon breaking were calculated for the patrol vehicle with an analysis on the braking efficiency constancy.On this basis, the basic braking device and braking control unit were designed.The full hydraulic braking system of the patrol vehicle has passed the whole vehicle test and line car loading assessment, and is running well.
