取水流量和初始水温对太阳能热水器真空管性能的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 选取一套紧凑型直插式全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器进行多工况取水实验,对比分析了不同的取水流量和初始温度下,真空管的水温变化和放热效率.通过对比分析得到:在低流量进行取水时,初始水温越高,真空管水温下降越快,真空管放热效率越高;当初始水温为75℃左右时,取水流量越大,真空管水温下降越慢,放热效率越低. A set of compact in-line all glass evacuated tubes solar water heater was selected and tested under different working conditions.The temperature variety and discharge efficiency in the evacuated tubes were analyzed by contrast.The results show that when water was taken at low flow rate,the higher the initial water temperature in the storage tank,the faster the temperature of vacuum tube drops,and the higher the discharge efficiency of evacuated tubes.When the initial water temperature in the storage tank is about 75℃,the larger the water take flow,the slower the temperature drop of evacuated tubes,and the lower the discharge efficiency.
