摘要
采用吉布斯自由能函数法,对以磷铁为原料添加锰制备三磷化锰MnP_(3)的反应热力学进行计算研究;结果表明:在298~1000K范围内,向FeP、Fe_(2)P和Mn中投入一定量的CaO和SiO_(2),随着温度升高反应的吉布斯自由能变化值逐渐下降,分别由4.062kJ·mol^(-1)下降到-7.774kJ·mol^(-1)以及1.544kJ·mol^(-1)下降到-18.876kJ·mol^(-1),在温度分别大于552K和368K时,进行反应可以制备三磷化锰.
Gibbs free energy function method was used to calculate and analyze the thermodynamic process of preparing manganese triphosphide from ferrophosphorus which is a by-product of phosphorus chemical industry.The results show that:the Gibbs free energy of the reaction decreases gradually from 4.062 kJ·mol to-7.774kJ·mol,and from 1.544 kJ·mol to-18.876 kJ·mol.When the reaction temperature of FeP,FeP and Mn is greater than 552 K and 368 K respectively,the manganese triphosphide could be prepared.
