团属青少年宫的现实困境与发展路径研究

Study on the Realistic Predicament and Development Path of Youth Palace of Communist Youth League

团属青少年活动场所历史悠久,有着牢固的群众基础,处于相对封闭的学校教育与开放的社会教育之间的交叉地带,成为学校教育与社会教育之间不可或缺的中介和桥梁,有利于青少年思想道德教育工作的开展,为党培养合格可靠的接班人。由于历史和现实原因,团属青少年宫还存在地区发展不平衡、管理体制不顺畅、师资队伍不稳定等问题。需要进一步加强青少年宫的软硬件建设、理顺管理体系、多方筹集资金、加强制度建设等,不断提升青少年宫服务能力和水平。

The youth league has a long history and a solid mass foundation.It is located in the cross zone between relatively closed school education and open social education,and becomes an indispensable intermediary and bridge between school education and social education,which is conducive to the development of teenagers’ideological and moral education and cultivate qualified and reliable successors for the party’s reserve forces.Due to historical and realistic reasons,there are still many problems in the youth league palace.This paper probes into the realistic difficulties and development paths of the youth league Palace.
