起高楼与烧砖瓦——《流动的疆域:全球视野下的云南与中国》史料引证问题举隅

The Enlightenment of Mr.Fang Guoyu’s“Down-to-earth Approach to Providing Basic Materials for Academic Research”on Some Citation Issues of Historical Materials in Between Winds and Clouds:The Making of Yunnan

论文对《流动的疆域:全球视野下的云南与中国》八旗版中文史料引证问题进行讨论。认为其历史部分基本依靠《云南史料丛刊》完成,但因资料的辗转抄引和不查对原文,出现了诸如杨慎的《论民》“迷思”及其他史料引证讹误,包括存在争议的不当认识和大量技术性问题。因此,解决的方案是数字人文与历史研究的结合,建设“云南数字人文”平台,以方国瑜先生“烧砖造瓦提供材料”的精神,最大限度地实现资料集合和资源共享。但是,西方学者的中国西南边疆史研究,始终存在着明显的意识形态“偏见”系谱,我们要摆脱这种系谱,建立起符合历史真实的中国话语体系和知识体系。

This paper discusses the citation issues of Chinese historical materials in the Eighth Banners edition of Between Winds and Clouds:The Making of Yunnan.It is believed that its historical part is largely based on Yunnan Historical Materials Series,but there are erroneous citations of historical materials like“myths”in Yang Shen’s Lumin as well as misunderstandings of the controversies and numerous technical problems due to the repeated copying of the materials and the ignorance of the original texts.Therefore,the solution is the integration of the digital humanities and historical research for constructing a platform of Yunnan Digital Humanities in the spirit of Mr.Fang Guoyu’s“down-to-earth approach to providing basic materials for academic research”,which can help realize the best data collection and resource sharing.However,there has always been an obvious prejudice-based ideological genealogy in the research on the history of China’s southwest frontier region by Western scholars.We must get rid of this genealogy and establish a Chinese discourse system that tells the true history.
