Difficulties of Non-governmental Economy and Solutions for Promoting Shared Prosperity in China

我国民营经济的现代化发展是促进共同富裕的重要方案之一,之所以如此,主要在于以民营经济促进共同富裕是秉持以人民为中心的政治经济的理论创新逻辑,是传承和发展中国共产党人建党百年推动民营经济发展的历史逻辑,也是基于现阶段缩小贫富差距、适用中国式现代化道路建设进而实现共同富裕的现实逻辑。但是其在实践中也会遇到效率与公平的协调联动性有待加强、民营经济促进共同富裕的方式和路径有待多元化、民营经济促进共同富裕的共识有待凝聚等难点。基于此,拟提出如下化解路径:一是,构建效率与公平均能充分彰显的协调联动新格局;二是,拓展民营经济促进共同富裕的渠道;三是,凝聚民营经济作为促进共同富裕的重要力量的共识。

The modernization of non-governmental economy in China is one of the important solutions to promote shared prosperity,and the main reasons are as follows:It is the logic of theoretical innovation of the people-centered political economy;it is the historical logic of inheriting and developing the practice that the Communist Party of China has implemented for the development of the non-governmental economy since its founding 100 years ago;it is also the practical logic of narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor at this stage,befitting the construction of Chinese-style modernization and aiming at shared prosperity.However,it also encounters the following difficulties in practice:the coordination and linkage of efficiency and fairness needs to be strengthened;the means and approaches need to be diversified and the consensus on promoting shared prosperity needs to be consolidated for non-governmental economy.Therefore,the following solution approaches are proposed:firstly,it is necessary to construct a new pattern of coordination and linkage that can fully demonstrate efficiency and equity;secondly,it is a must to expand channels for the non-governmental economy to promote shared prosperity;thirdly,it is necessary to enhance the consensus that the non-governmental economy is an important force that promotes shared prosperity.
