丹参注射液联合硝苯地平及阿司匹林对妊娠期高血压患者的疗效及凝血四项、妊娠结局的影响

Four Items of Effects of Danshen Injection Combined with Nifedipine and Aspirin in Pregnancy with Hypertension and Its Influence on Four Items of Coagulation and Pregnancy Outcome

目的:研究丹参注射液联合硝苯地平及阿司匹林对妊娠期高血压(GH)患者的疗效和凝血四项及妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年7月-2021年3月于鞍山市妇儿医院进行治疗的166例GH患者的病历资料,按不同用药方案进行分组,对照组83例患者使用硝苯地平与阿司匹林联合治疗,观察组83例患者在对照组患者治疗基础上加以丹参注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、凝血四项以及不良妊娠结局。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.98%,明显高于对照组的79.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组凝血四项较治疗前均有明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组早产、产后出血、胎儿窒息、窘迫发生率为6.02%,低于对照组的19.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对GH患者使用丹参注射液联合硝苯地平及阿司匹林进行治疗,可以有效提高治疗效果,改善患者凝血四项,降低妊娠不良事件发生率,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective:To study the effect of Danshen Injection combined with Nifedipine and Aspirin on gestational hypertension(GH),four items of coagulation and pregnancy outcome.Method:The medical records of 166 patients with GH treated in Women and Children’s Hospital of Anshan City from July 2019 to March 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into groups according to different drug regimens,83 patients in the control group were treated with Nifedipine and Aspirin,and 83 patients in the observation group were treated with Danshen Injection on the basis of the treatment of patients in the control group.Clinical efficacy,four items of coagulation and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 93.98%,significantly higher than 79.52%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the four items of coagulation in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal asphyxia and distress in the observation group was 6.02%,lower than 19.28%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of GH patients with Danshen Injection combined with Nifedipine and Aspirin can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the four items of coagulation,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy events,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
