摘要
目的观察吸气肌训练联合有氧运动对脑卒中合并冠心病患者下肢运动及日常活动能力的治疗效果。方法纳入脑卒中合并冠心病患者60例,随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组进行常规综合康复训练,试验组在其基础上辅以吸气肌训练联合有氧运动,持续训练6周。在治疗前和治疗后分别采用下肢Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA-LE)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、6 min步行测试(6MWT)以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评估下肢运动能力及日常活动能力,并观察治疗后两组患者的训练依从性。结果治疗6周后,两组患者FMA-LE、BBS、6MWT、MBI均较治疗前显著改善,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组训练依从性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吸气肌训练联合有氧运动能进一步增强患者下肢运动及平衡功能,提高日常活动能力,但尚不足以影响训练依从性。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of inspiratory muscle training combined with aerobic exercise on lower limb movement and daily activities in patients with stroke complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with stroke complicated with coronary heart disease treated in Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital were selected.The patients randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,30 in each group.The control group received routine comprehensive rehabilitation training,while the experimental group was supplemented with inspiratory muscle training combined with aerobic exercise.Before and after 6 weeks of treatment,lower extremity Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA-LE),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),6-minute walking test(6MWT)and modified Barthel Index(MBI)were used to evaluate lower extremity motor ability and daily activity ability.The training compliance of the two groups after treatment was also observed.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the FMA-LE,BBS,6MWT and MBI in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the training compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Inspiratory muscle training combined with aerobic exercise can further enhance the lower limb movement and balance function,and improve the ability of daily activities.However,it is not enough to affect the training compliance.
