心脏瓣膜置换术后自我效能感量表评分的影响因素分析及心理干预应用价值

Analysis of the influencing factors of GSES score after heart valve replacement and the value of psychological intervention

目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后自我效能感量表(GSES)评分的影响因素及心理干预应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月在我院就诊的心脏瓣膜置换术患者160例,分为观察组(n=84)和对照组(n=76),观察组给予心理干预,对照组给予常规干预,采用GSES量表评估患者自我效能感,比较两组干预前后GSES评分差异,并分析GSES评分的影响因素,结果160例患者平均GSES评分为(25.40±8.89)分,其中GSES评分<23分45例,≥23分115例。不同水平GSES评分患者的年龄、学历和心功能状态比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示性别、学历、心功能状态是GSES评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。观察组干预后GSES评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后GSES评分受患者性别、学历及心功能状态的影响,给予心理干预后,患者GSES评分明显改善。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score after heart valve replacement and the application value of psychological intervention.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were divided into an observation group(n=84)and a control group(n=76).The observation group was given psychological intervention and the control group was given routine intervention.GSES scale was used to evaluate patients′sense of self-efficacy.The differences of GSES scores between the two groups before and after intervention were compared and the influencing factors of GSES score were analyzed.Results Among the 160 patients,the average GSES score was 25.40±8.89,including 45 patients with GSEs score<23 and 115 patients with GSEs score≥23 points.There were significant differences in age,education,and cardiac function among patients with different levels of GSES score(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,educational background and cardiac function were the influencing factors of GSES score(P<0.05).The GSES score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The GSEs score after heart valve replacement is affected by the patient′s gender,education,and cardiac function.After psychological intervention,the GSES score is significantly improved.
