负压封闭引流延长带管时间在颈部淋巴结核术中的应用及对切口愈合不良率和术后复发率的影响

Application of vacuum sealing drainage to prolong the tube-carrying time in cervical lymph node nuclear surgery and its influence on the rate of poor incision healing and postoperative recurrence rate

目的探究负压封闭引流(VSD)延长带管时间在颈部淋巴结核术中的应用及对患者切口愈合不良率、术后复发率的影响。方法2014年6月至2019年6月我院行外科手术颈部淋巴结核(CTL)患者84例,按照引流方式不同分为对照组36例(引流管引流)和观察组48例(VSD引流)。比较两组术后带管时间、住院时间、引流量,以及切口愈合、复发、疼痛度以及舒适度等情况。结果观察组带管时间长于对照组,引流量多于对照组(P<0.05),术后1天两组总疼痛率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组切口不良率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后1年观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VSD在CTL术后的应用效果良好,能有效降低切口愈合不良率和术后复发率,并改善患者切口舒适度。

Objective To explore the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)to prolong the tube-carrying time in the operation of cervical lymph tuberculosis and its effect on the rate of poor wound healing and postoperative recurrence.Methods From June 2014 to June 2019,84 patients with cervical lymphatic tuberculosis(CTL)underwent surgical operation in our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into a control group(drainage tube drainage,n=36)and an observation group(VSD drainage,n=48).Postoperative tube time,hospital stay,drainage volume,wound healing,recurrence,pain and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results The tube-carrying time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the drainage volume was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total pain rate between the two groups after one day of operation(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of poor incision in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate after one year of operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of VSD after CTL is good.It can effectively reduce the rate of poor wound healing and postoperative recurrence,and improve the comfort of the patients.
