麦粒灸结合Bobath康复技术改善脑卒中偏瘫患者髋关节功能的临床研究

A clinical study of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with Bobath rehabilitation technique in improving hip joint function of stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨麦粒灸结合Bobath康复技术对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者髋关节功能临床应用效果。方法选取我院脑卒中偏瘫患者81例,按照随机数字表法分为康复组40例和联合组41例,康复组给予Bobath康复技术治疗,联合组在康复组基础上加以麦粒灸治疗。治疗1个月后,比较两组临床疗效、患肢痉挛程度、髋关节功能、患肢运动功能。结果治疗后,联合组临床疗效为95.12%,高于康复组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组改良Ashworth痉挛评定标准评分均显著降低,髋关节功能、Fugl-Mayer评分、Barthel指数评分均显著升高,且联合组改善效果优于康复组(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸结合Bobath康复技术可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者治疗效果,缓解肢体痉挛、改善患者髋关节功能及患肢运动功能。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with Bobath rehabilitation technique in improving hip joint function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 81 stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly selected.The patients were divided into a combined group(n=41)and a rehabilitation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The rehabilitation group was treated with Bobath rehabilitation technique,and the combined group was additionally given moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone on the basis of rehabilitation group.The clinical efficacy,spasm degree of the affected limbs,hip joint function,and motor function of the affected limbs were compared between the two groups after one month of treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy was 95.12%in the combined group and 80.00%in the rehabilitation group.After treatment,the Modified Ashworth Spasticity(MAS)score was significantly decreased,but the hip joint function,Fugl-Mayer Assessment(FAM)and Barthel index were all significantly increased(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the above indexes in the combined group was better than that in the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone combined with Bobath rehabilitation technique can effectively enhance the treatment effect,relieve the limb spasm,and improve the hip joint function and motor function of the affected limbs of the stroke patients with hemiplegia.
