摘要
介绍了建筑的具体情况,分析了既有建筑中存在的问题,基于此,提出抗震加固方案,通过改为钢筋混凝土框架、避免采用单跨框架、楼梯间设置刚度较大的混凝土墙等手段,强化内嵌式带框钢支撑在建筑抗震加固中的应用,提升建筑物的安全性。
This paper introduces the specific situation of the building, analyzes the problems in the existing building. Based on this, the seismic reinforcement scheme is proposed to strengthen the application of embedded steel support with frame in building seismic reinforcement and improve the safety of buildings by changing to reinforced concrete frame, avoiding the use of single span frame and setting rigid concrete wall in staircases.
