Design and Application of Multi-Split Air Conditioning in an Office Building

通过对兰州市某24层办公楼夏季及过渡季多联式空调系统的实际使用效果进行调查,阐述了设计时的思路及考虑。结合装饰设计的各种吊顶造型,分别对不同布局的办公室、会议室、餐厅、茶歇、等待区等区域设置了各种类型的空调室内机及新风系统,使空调机融入装饰设计,也完美地解决了不同的使用者对空调的差异化需求。在详细了解用户个性化、多元化的办公要求的基础上,优化调整空调系统布局,既充分发挥了空调的性能又避免了浪费。

Through the investigation of the multi-split air conditioning system of an office building with 24 floors in Lanzhou, the paper expounds the original design ideas and consideration. Combined with the various ceiling modeling of decoration design, various types of air conditioner and fresh air are set up for different layout of offices, conference rooms, restaurants, tea breaks, waiting area and other areas, so that not only integrates the air conditioner into the decoration design, but also perfectly solves everyone’s differentiated needs for air conditioning. On the basis of detailed understanding of users’ personalized and diversified office requirements, the layout of air conditioning system layout is optimized and adjusted to give full play to the performance of air conditioning without causing waste.
