甘肃省卓尼县录巴寺水电站工程水土保持工程效益评价

Benefit Evaluation of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering of Lubasi Hydropower Station Project in Zhuoni County, Gansu Province

基于录巴寺水电站项目,对其水土保持治理效果进行实地调查,介绍了工程防止分区和水土保持措施总体布局,分析了其水土保持措施体系和措施量变化情况。从工程效益和社会效益两个方面对水土保持工程进行评价,认为对该工程采取水土保持措施后,可达到水土流失防治的预期效果。

Based on Lubasi Hydropower Station Project, this paper investigates the effect of soil and water conservation on the spot,introduces the prevention zoning of the project and the overall layout of soil and water conservation measures, and analyzes the change of the system and quantity of soil and water conservation measures, evaluates the soil and water conservation project from two aspects of engineering benefit and social benefit, and thinks that the expected effect of soil and water loss control can be achieved after taking soil and water conservation measures.
