基于品质提升的老旧社区公共空间微改造实践——以惠州仲恺高新区五一学塘排社区为例

Micro-Reconstruction Practice of Public Space in Old Communities Based on Quality Improvement——Taking Wuyi Xuetangpai Community in Zhongkai High-Tech Zone, Huizhou as an Example

从公共空间品质的提升着手,探讨更有针对性的微改造方法:对公共空间品质内涵评价的分析表明,通过对实用、形象和文化3个层次要素的优化,可以实现小区公共空间品质的全面提升;结合老旧社区普遍存在的公共空间问题,提出了公共空间品质提升的更新改造设计策略;以惠州仲恺高新区五一学塘排为案例,探讨了公共设施、公共环境、道路交通、建筑主体等公共空间方面的改造模式。

Starting from the improvement of the quality of public space, more targeted micro-transformation methods are discussed: the analysis of the connotation evaluation of public space quality shows that the quality of community public space can be comprehensively improved by optimizing the three elements of utility, image and culture;combined with the common problems of public space in old communities, the renewal and renovation design strategy of public space quality improvement was put forward;taking Wuyi Xuetangpai Community of Zhongkai High-Tech district in Huizhou City as an example, the paper discusses the transformation mode of public space,such as public facilities, public environment, road traffic and building body.
