摘要
为解决大型渠道长期运行后防渗膜老损严重导致的渗漏问题,采用新型LEAC双组分聚合物水泥防水材料涂抹渠道衬砌表面进行封堵,结合现场施工条件提出了施工材料与设备的改进措施,提出了现场施工流程与工艺,以及相应的质量控制、环保控制措施。该技术的应用提高了施工速度,降低了管理成本,并有效提高了渠道防渗能力。
In oder to solve the leakage problem caused by burn-in of anti-seepage film in large canal after long running. A new LEAC acrylic polymer cement waterproof material was used in surface of canal lining. The improvement measures of construction materials and equipment were put forward combined with the site construction conditions. Then, the construction process and technology, the corresponding quality control, and environmental control measures were put forward. The application of the technology has improved the construction speed, reduces the management cost, and effectively improves the anti-seepage ability of the canal.
