摘要
阐述了海外属地化的理念,分析了海外员工属地化管理的优势。结合海外员工属地化面临的主要问题,提出了具体的管理措施,包括构建海外项目工程承包企业文化、倡导中外员工平等,以及提升当地员工的培训教育水平、完善管理制度及激励机制、提升施工现场安全管理等。
This paper expounds the concept of localization and analyzes the advantages of localization management of overseas employees. Combined with the main problems of localization of overseas employees, specific management measures are put forward, it includes constructing the enterprise culture of overseas project contracting, advocating the equality of Chinese and foreign employees,improving the training and education level of local employees, improving the management system and incentive mechanism, and improving the safety management of construction site.
