网约车平台风险影响因素及管控机制研究——基于扎根理论的滴滴出行案例分析

Research on Risk Influencing Factors and Control Mechanism of Online Car Hailing Platform——DiDi Taxi Case Analysis Based on Grounded Theory

以网约车平台——滴滴出行作为研究对象,采用三级编码的方式扎根研究,最后针对网约车平台的风险特征建立具有系统性、普适性的风险管控机制。研究发现:(1)滴滴出行平台存在的关键性风险因素有五个,分别是市场环境风险、盈利模式风险、双边用户风险、政府监管风险以及技术安全性风险,研究中出现的24个概念可以有效支撑这五项关键风险因素的存在。(2)研究建立的网约车平台环境治理管控机制、双边用户管理机制以及政府与平台合作监管机制可以有效地解决网约车平台中出现的风险问题,以保证网约车平台操作的系统性和安全性。

Taking DiDi Taxi platform,an online car hailing platform,as the research object,three-level coding is used to take root in the research.Finally,according to the risk characteristics of online car hailing platform,a systematic and universal risk control mechanism is established.The results show that:(1)There are five key risk factors of DiDi Taxi platform,which are market environment risk,profit model risk,bilateral user risk,government regulatory risk and technology security risk.The 24 concepts emerging in the research process can effectively support the existence of these five key risk factors.(2)The environmental management and control mechanism,the bilateral user management mechanism and the cooperation and supervision mechanism between the government and the platform can effectively solve the risk problems in the online car hailing platform,so as to ensure the systematic and safe operation of the online car hailing platform.
