摘要
文章基于2005~2018年我国20家A股上市汽车制造业企业的面板数据,运用系统GMM方法考察汽车制造业技术进步对就业的影响。研究结果显示:汽车制造业的技术进步对劳动力就业有明显的抑制作用,而企业的产出水平对就业呈现出显著的正向关系。文章进一步将全要素生产率分解为技术效率和技术进步率并引入到模型中,结果表明:汽车制造业技术进步对就业的抑制效应主要是因为企业技术效率的提升,与技术进步率无显著关系。面对新一轮的科技革命,汽车制造业企业应采取相关措施,使得企业在追求技术进步的同时,促进就业稳定。
Based on the panel data of 20 A-share listed automobile manufacturing enterprises in China from 2005 to 2018,this paper uses the systematic GMM method to investigate the impact of technological progress in automobile manufacturing on employment.The results show that the technological progress of automobile manufacturing industry has an obvious inhibitory effect on labor employment,and the output level of enterprises has a significant positive relationship with employment.The results show that the inhibitory effect of technological progress on employment in automobile manufacturing industry is mainly due to the improvement of enterprise technological efficiency,which has no significant relationship with technological progress rate.Facing the new round of scientific and technological revolution,automobile manufacturing enterprises should take relevant measures to promote employment stability while pursuing technological progress.
