基于Stackelberg博弈的辽宁省投资沿线港口策略研究

Research on the Strategy of China's Investment in Arctic Waterway Development Based on Stackelberg Game

辽宁沿海港口担负着带动东北地区经济贸易发展的重要任务,因此沿线港口的投资利用对贸易新布局具有重要的意义。文章在促进辽宁省海洋经济高质量发展的背景下,研究如何利用资本优势投资沿线港口,从而获得长期稳定收益。利用Stackelberg博弈理论建立了辽宁省独立的博弈模型和有其他省参与时的混合博弈模型,选择代表性港口利用DEA进行评价,并整理数据进行实证研究。

The coastal ports of Liaoning shoulder the important task of driving the economic and trade development of the Northeast region.Therefore,the investment and utilization of ports along the route is of great significance to the new trade layout.In the context of promoting the high-quality development of the marine economy in Liaoning province,this article studies how to use capital advantages to invest in ports along the route to obtain long-term stable returns.Using Stackelberg game theory,an independent game model of Liaoning province and a mixed game model when other provinces and cities are involved are established.Representative ports are selected for evaluation using DEA,and data are collated for empirical research.
