Research on Supply Chain Operation Decision and Coordination Mechanism Considering Social Responsibility

考虑社会责任情境下,构建了二级供应链系统,假设供应链成员企业是具有社会责任意识的单一制造商和单一零售商组成的,研究了供应链在分散化和集中化时的最优决策。结果表明集中化决策时,供应链中企业履行更多的社会责任,供应链总利润更大。因此,进一步设计收入分享机制,分析了具有社会责任的供应链协调问题。研究表明收入分享机制能够促进供应链中企业社会责任的履行,增加产品的销量,提升供应链的总利润,起到促进供应链协调的效果。

Considering the social responsibility situation,a two-level supply chain system is constructed,assuming that the member enterprises of the supply chain are composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer with a sense of social responsibility,and the optimal decision of the decentralized and centralized supply chain is studied.The results show that when the centralized decision is made,the enterprises in the supply chain fulfill more social responsibilities and the total profit of the supply chain is larger.Therefore,the revenue sharing mechanism is further designed to analyze the coordination of supply chain with social responsibility.Research shows that income sharing mechanism can promote the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in the supply chain,increase product sales,improve the total profit of the supply chain,and promote the coordination of the supply chain.
