浙江省未来社区搭建了“一心三化九场景”的顶层设计架构,即以人为核心,聚焦人本化、生态化和数字化,构建以未来建筑、产业、低碳、交通、健康、邻里、教育、服务和治理等九大场景创新为重点的集成系统,打造有归属感、舒适感和未来感的新型城市功能单元。未来社区的建设理念具备高度的系统性和前瞻性,代表了未来城市发展的方向。未来社区的人本化体现在距离、空间、品质和多样性等多方面;生态化的关键是理念的改变,例如规划的弹性、步行为主、重功能轻外观、被动式技术和适宜的技术体系等;数字化则贯穿了未来社区全过程,其核心是行业生态的重构。三化九场景互为基础、相互融合,有机地组成了未来社区大系统,系统性思维在未来社区建设中应该贯彻始终。

The future community in Zhejiang has built a top-level design framework of"one core,three-izations and nine scenarios",namely regarding residents as the core and focusing on humanization,ecologicalization and digitalization,which forges an integrated system that comprise nine significant scenarios:future building,industry,low-carbon,transportation,health,neighborhood,education,service,and management,so as to innovate a functional city unit with sense of belonging,comfort and future.Therefore,the construction concept of future community is highly systematic and forward-looking,which can lead the direction of future urban development.The humanization of future community is embodied by multiple parts,such as distance,space,quality and diversity.The key of ecologicalization is the conversion of ideas,for instance,flexibility of planning,pedestrian-orientation,emphasis on function over appearance,passive technology and appropriate tech-system.Whereas the digitalization runs through the whole process of the future community with its core of rebuilding industry ecology.Those three-izations and nine scenarios are mutually based and integrated,organically constituting the future community system.Thus,the holistic thinking should be implemented throughout the development of future community.
